This boutique hotel is perfectly located, just a short walk from a major train station and within easy walking distance of many attractions and restaurants. The spotless rooms are comfortable, quiet and smartly appointed, offering a great night sleep. The breakfast is excellent and the staff are friendly and welcoming, going out of their way to be helpful.
The hotel is not always consistent when it comes to offering the extras promised, like morning snacks, but this minor detail does not detract from the overall experience.

Had an amazing Christmas vacation! Loved the cozy and modern suite, it was super comfortable and soundproof. The location was perfect, within walking distance to all the major attractions.
The neighborhood lacked romantic charm and the breakfast could have been better considering the price charged.

Conveniently located hotel near transport and attractions with friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable, spacious rooms with excellent views and soundproofing. Extra touches include free drinks, good WiFi and handy map on arrival. Good breakfast with plenty of hot and cold options. an enjoyable stay in a clean and bright establishment.

Our room at Princeps Boutique had a fantastic shower and comfortable bed. We loved the location, walking distance to the Colosseum and many good restaurants. Despite minor hiccups, we would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

We loved the location of the hotel, very close to the main train station and provided easy access to transportation to and from the airport and the port. The hotel was situated in a very quiet neighborhood, offering a peaceful atmosphere. The hotel facilities and cleanliness were also excellent, making our stay much more comfortable. One of the best aspects of our stay was the breakfast with a wonderful variety of delicious foods. Lastly, the staff were friendly and helpful, always providing us with useful information and suggestions.
